CEO, Band of BuildersAs the CEO of Band of Builders, Gavin leads a charity that supports the U.K. construction industry by providing practical assistance, advice, and support to those in need. He is passionate and purpose-driven about making a positive impact on the lives of beneficiaries and volunteers.
Gavin has been involved with Band of Builders since 2017 when he was chosen as a project lead. He became a trustee in 2018 and took on the CEO role in 2022. His responsibilities include developing corporate and commercial partnerships, overseeing marketing strategy, and negotiating contracts with suppliers and donors. Gavin has helped the charity grow its reach, reputation, and revenue.
